
On June 17, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, sitting in plenary session, considered the issue of confirming the ability of one candidate to administer justice at the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission decided to recognise Tetiana Bobko as having confirmed her ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal.
Please be reminded that 62 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 47 vacant positions of judges in the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 40 candidates: 27 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 7 candidates failed to confirm it, and 6 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. The qualification assessment has been suspended for 1 candidate.
