On June 18, 2026, during the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a panel conducted an interview and determined the results of the qualification assessment of Svitlana Yashchenko, a candidate for the position of a judge at the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, Svitlana Yashchenko scored 716,3 points. The panel decided to recognise the candidate as having confirmed her ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal.
Please be reminded that 62 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 47 vacant positions of judges in the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 41 candidates: 28 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 7 candidates failed to confirm it, and 6 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. The qualification assessment has been suspended for 1 candidate.
